K26 Smart Key Cabinet

The K26 Smart Key Cabinet is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses that require a high level of security, control and accountability. This electronically controlled steel cabinet restricts access to keys and key sets, ensuring that only authorised personnel can access them. It provides secure, automated key management for up to 26 keys.

The K26 records every key removal and return, including who accessed each key and when. As an essential part of the K26 system, the smart key fob securely locks each key in place and monitors its status, ensuring that keys remain secure, accounted for and ready for use.

The K26 makes key management straightforward:

  • Authenticate using PIN, Card, Biometric or Facial Recognition.

  • Select the required key using search and filter functions.

  • Locate the key using the illuminated indicator.

  • Record each transaction automatically.

  • Alert for overdue returns.
